2x founding RevOps hire, Series A Former VP of Sales, SaaS Full stack developer
If you’re here, one of these is true
-
Sales are suffering. You suspect the cause is your process, and the dead data sitting in your systems.
-
You just bought a new CRM or GTM stack, or you are about to. Nobody has made it usable yet.
-
RevOps is somebody’s side job. Your sales manager between deals, your ops lead, or you at midnight. You need a fractional RevOps hire, not another headcount.
Three different moments, one requirement:
Someone who has carried a bag and can build the system behind it.
What I do
-
Data and forecasting
A CRM that complicates the sale buries leads and hides the trigger points that should be obvious. Those get surfaced, along with the duplicates, dead records, and process gaps underneath them. What leadership gets back is pipeline reporting and a forecast worth staking a number on, within 10% of actuals.
-
Build and migration
For the stack you just bought, or the one you are about to. Migration, schema, object modeling, and governance, then the workflows and training that make people use it every day. Built to hold after launch, not just during it.
-
Fractional RevOps
Your sales manager should be selling, not administering. Revenue operations run for a fraction of a headcount: routing, enablement, campaign attribution, and the weekly reporting cadence that keeps the number honest.
-
GTM engineering
Go-to-market run as a system instead of a series of manual pushes. Target lists built from real buying signals, campaigns and sequences run end to end, messaging A/B tested against the numbers, then the routing and attribution that show which plays actually produced pipeline.
-
Custom builds
Some of what a revenue team needs cannot be bought. Research agents that score and qualify prospects before a dollar is spent, integrations across a stack that was never designed to connect, and internal apps built around how your reps actually sell. Built in code, not licensed and configured.
Whichever of these you need:
It comes from one person who has both sold and built. No handoffs, no finger pointing, no gap between the plan and what actually ships.

Zero to full, 6x faster
Salesforce · GTM system · Multifamily property · Proptech · AI intake
Qualified before the CRM.
Three New York lease-ups, 160 units and $7.4M in rent, run on one system I built end to end: marketing site, enrichment, lead scoring, broker routing, AI SMS, self-serve tour booking, and the Salesforce sync. Records land graded and owned instead of cleaned up later.

HubSpot · EdTech · Custom AI agent
AI that finds revenue.
A research agent for a client selling into school districts, state by state. It ranks every district on public funding data, then researches the best targets and writes the brief into HubSpot. The buying signals sit in a different system in every state, so every state got its own method. California is open source: 1,860 scored, 576 qualified, one live literacy RFQ the team had never seen.

HubSpot rebuild with live data integration
HubSpot · Media advertising · React + Python
Live revenue, not spreadsheets.
Two custom pipelines, 30+ properties, a React app running inside HubSpot, live ICP scoring from an external API, and a Python rollup engine in place of native workflows. Booked, invoiced, and backlog are three live numbers now, not a monthly spreadsheet rebuild.

Why me
I’ve spent 15 years in revenue, 11 of them selling for a bootstrapped SaaS company where we beat venture-backed competitors four times our size to become the #1 solution in the toughest markets we entered. Selling without big budgets meant I had to understand what actually made deals repeatable, and that pulled me into the operations side. I went on to become the founding RevOps hire at two companies.
The through-line is an obsession with making sales predictable. A lot of consultants hand you a framework and a deck. I do the work. And RevOps is only partly about systems, process, and AI — none of it matters if your people don’t actually use it. I build for the people who have to live in it.
There’s no handoff to a junior team you never meet. You get me, directly, on every call.
